Ever notice how the smallest moments carry the most weight? We started with laughs and a road-trip story, then landed on a question we can’t shake: how do we shape the next generation to be steady, kind, and resilient when life gets loud? With three dads and a teen at the table, we move past clichés and straight into the real work of modeling manhood—patience under pressure, boundaries that teach cause and effect, and the difference between demanding and earning.

We revisit a missed chance to turn “can I have this?” into “how can I earn this?” and unpack why that shift matters for character, grit, and future choices. Foster care stories bring the lesson to life: allowances tied to responsibility, privileges linked to trust, and consequences explained, not barked. We talk about parenting across decades, the awkward regrets we all carry, and how faith and growth can rewrite a father’s playbook without pretending the past didn’t happen. The most surprising insight comes from our teen guest, who points to patience as the trait that actually sticks. Kids don’t memorize speeches; they mirror behavior.

From the sidelines to the locker room, we call out the culture around youth sports—why coaches often become father figures, and how adult meltdowns teach all the wrong things. Then we lighten the mood with what we’re into right now: new audiobooks and thrillers, a left-field period film that sparked debate, a missions trip on the horizon, and a chaotic Memphis adventure complete with a very carefully hidden pocketknife. Through it all, one theme holds: our sons and daughters are always watching. If we want strong husbands, wives, teammates, and leaders tomorrow, we have to show them what that looks like today.

If this conversation hits home—or challenges you—share it with a friend, subscribe for more honest talks, and drop a review with the best lesson a mentor ever gave you. What moment shaped you most?

SPEAKER_05

It's not good.

SPEAKER_03

It's not good at all. It's Roadkill.

SPEAKER_05

Somebody said Roadkill Cafe today in the men's group. Roadkill Cafe.

SPEAKER_03

Is that an actual place?

SPEAKER_05

I hope not. I'm not going, especially if they have a buffet.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I don't think that would be good. That's not. That wouldn't be good at all.

SPEAKER_04

No. Cafe. All the home cookings.

SPEAKER_03

I don't like it. I don't like it. Made you feel a certain way. What's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, everybody. Welcome back to a brand new episode of the podcast. On today's episode, we are video. Let's go. As always, we got Richie Rich.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, sir. How's it going?

SPEAKER_03

How you doing, man? I am great. We got Tata. And also, we got producer Zeke in the building.

SPEAKER_02

Boo.

SPEAKER_04

Get off my mic. Man, that's messed up. I'm about to ruin your son's chances to a scholarship. You can't play basketball with a broken kneecap.

SPEAKER_03

How's Yeah, no? Yeah, that's probably not possible, is it? Yeah. Yeah, that's probably not good. Yeah. How y'all doing?

SPEAKER_04

Acting up.

SPEAKER_03

Well, good.

unknown

Finer than a frog here.

SPEAKER_03

Don't do that. What in the Don't do that. That's funny. Oh my gosh. Oh my goodness, Gracious. Grace, Graces? What?

unknown

Gracious?

SPEAKER_03

Why are we? This is going off the rails already. You're talking about the cafe with roadkill and I didn't say it.

SPEAKER_05

Somebody else said it. I just said that they said it.

SPEAKER_03

Why do you have that disgusting look on your face? It's just not good. So we were supposed to. Shout out to Ashlyn. Shout out to Ashley. We were supposed to have a taste test on here today of sour stuff, but mom threw it away.

SPEAKER_05

Good. That's very good. That's not good. Great. That's good.

SPEAKER_03

We're going to do it next time because they have more. You're out of your mind. So it's happening. I'm busy.

SPEAKER_05

I've got stuff to do.

Hosts And Generational Spread

SPEAKER_03

That's messed up. That's messed up. So on today's episode, we're going to be discussing the most disgusting things that you have ate.

SPEAKER_05

Roadkill.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, that's messed up.

SPEAKER_05

I know. I feel bad.

SPEAKER_03

No, I want to discuss on here today, since we have Zeke on, I want to discuss um how to make an an impact as a man on the younger generation. Like on kids or youth. And, you know, we're all three fathers, and this is my son, you know. So how can we make a a good impact on that younger generation as as men and as fathers and as as well a dodgeball makes a pretty good impact.

unknown

I beg your pardon.

SPEAKER_05

I'm too tired to deal with him today. I can't. I just can't. I make one joke. And it was a terrible one. I thought it was pretty funny. Well, you're weird. But I had this, so I had this come up yesterday, and it's so funny that you want to talk about this because we didn't talk about this before now. Yeah. But these this little kid that my daughter Peaches watches. Yes, that is my daughter's real name, speeches.

SPEAKER_03

Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches.

SPEAKER_05

So anyway, she babysits this boy, and he's probably ten years old, something like that. Well, yesterday we're at Walmart and he asked me to buy him a toy. And he's not my kid, obviously, so I I didn't. But on the way home, I was like, I really should have used that opportunity to say as a man, you don't ask somebody to give you something, you offer to earn it.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_05

You know, I missed that opportunity to to give him because he doesn't have a man in his life as an example. And I missed that opportunity to to to show him and and and teach him a little bit.

SPEAKER_03

Kind of teach that lesson.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Yeah. I missed the ball on that one.

SPEAKER_03

That's cool too. Like drop the ball. I mean, yeah, I've like missed the ball. I mean, I guess struck out, would that be? I don't know. I guess, you know. Fumbled. I don't know. Fumbled the pitch. While you were going for the goal. Yep.

SPEAKER_04

Struck out, struck out on that kickoff.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, yes. Shooting the three-pointer. Yeah. Well, and sometimes you you don't realize till afterwards you had an opportunity. Yeah. Like to to be that in somebody's life, you know. So, um, and it's basically us being three, four now, different generations of like how we grew up, our backgrounds, just kind of w what you were taught, you know, what being a man looks like, right? You know, or or or how to act. And and it's it's so different than it used to be, you know, and and and we've all I think all three grew up in different eras where what a man is is is a whole lot different.

SPEAKER_04

That's crazy. Richard, I'm I'm not putting you on bless. How old are you again? 48. 48. And you're 38. I'm 39. 39. So 19 year difference. Yeah, 11-year difference, 15-year difference. Yeah. That is crazy.

Defining Manhood Across Eras

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Think about just the and think about how how much the world has changed in those in those years, you know. Just kind of the way that the the world sees men, especially now, it seems like the world attacks men a lot.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

You know, uh, on on what a man is and what a man isn't, and and it's kind of something that is in some circles loosely defined. You know, so it's like our our young men are kind of just thrown in the mix and they don't really know. So it's up to us to really teach them and and help guide them in what a man looks like. Um, and I know you your kids aren't old enough yet to to really grasp that, but is that something that makes you nervous as as they're growing up? Like, man, they are gonna be watching you. Uh a little bit.

SPEAKER_04

Also think that I don't want to call myself wise, but I think I feel like in certain aspects, I'm more mature than you know most people my age in certain areas.

SPEAKER_03

And you know, when uh when we were fostering, um you know what I really love? I'm sorry, I don't want to interrupt you. I really love that now because we're on video, I can put a mouse on a wheel so people can see like as you're thinking as you're thinking. The sigh.

SPEAKER_04

I'm sorry, go ahead. That's fine. I'd rather I'd rather take my time than um um that's true. Um that is true. Um that is true. Anyways, that was something that I really considered when we were fostering. Yeah. Because we first fostered two girls. Uh one didn't have a great relationship with her dad. The other one kind of thought she did, but really didn't. And uh I really want to be a good example of what a father figure should look like. And then uh same when we were fostering that 12-year-old boy who basically his dad just gave him up and grew up having no discipline. So we really especially with him focused on you know certain aspects of what not just a man, but a just a responsible person is supposed to act like, you know, we he we gave him an allowance, but he had to earn his allowance to you know uh keep you know keep up with certain things to have uh certain privileges and things like that. And anytime you know there's any kind of discrepancy or anything, or she or he you know did something was supposed to, or anything like that, it wasn't a you're in trouble, and that's that. It's you're in trouble because of this. This is how it plays out when you're an adult. Yeah, it's not any different. The consequences are just bigger.

Missed Teaching Moments With Kids

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that's good. And it's cool too to think about that. We all three of us are kids, we have both. So you're not only teaching your sons how to be men and how to be fathers and how to be good husbands, but also you're teaching your daughters what they should look for in a in a husband.

SPEAKER_05

Right, and it's that's just as important for sure. And I have so my oldest is 26 and my youngest is seven. Yeah, so I have been a different man throughout, you know. I've I've been a parent in different stages of my life, you know. So being a man is different to me now than it was when I was raising my 26-year-old. So even that is different than than what uh what I'm doing now. Yeah. Because I'm a Christian father now. It's a huge difference. So it's pretty cool.

SPEAKER_03

It's just yeah, it's just man, and that's something that that I I really I've talked about this before, I really struggled with is that difference between how I raise my kids. I've been a Christian for for most of my life, but I haven't always lived up to that title. So so kind of how I raise the kids, like Aliyah got the worst version of me for a little bit of my time raising her. So I almost feel bad for that because they've got, Zeke and Zay, they've saw the best parts of me where I've I'm I've kind of got my my focus is is is on and and stuff like that. So um I almost I almost feel bad because Aaliyah had to see some of that, the bad parts of it, but she also got to see more of a rounded uh a full arc of me coming from how I was to to finally getting my head screwed on straight.

SPEAKER_04

There's a a good and you know, uh positive and negative to that. You already say the negative, but then that's the positive. Yeah. Because when especially when uh she was probably old enough to remember that not so great part of life and see what see that growth and that and understand uh the character developments. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

And I have I have struggled with that too. Just you know, you'll see your adult children do something, and it's like, would they have done that had I had I been a better example when they were growing up? And it's it it's an impossible thing to I mean, you it's not even a comparison. You can't go back and change it. So it's kind of a beating yourself up for no reason thing. You just do the best you can.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Zeke, what is what is something that I have done to kind of to what is it? Roast them. Roast oh roasted. What what is something that you've seen kind of out of me, or even you know, you have your godfather and you've got your uncle Richard that's been a part of your life for a long time?

SPEAKER_04

The godfather.

SPEAKER_03

The godfather. What is something that you've seen out of us that you take away and go, okay, that is something that I want to aspire to be as a man or as a husband or as a father. Um, what is something that you've seen one of us do or all of us do that that is something that you you take and go, man, I'd like to, I'd like to do that. Keep in mind I'm buying your birthday present.

SPEAKER_00

Um one thing that I've like one thing that I've like seen from y'all is y'all are like really patient with like just everybody. And normally I'm not like that patient with people, but like sometimes I am. So I feel like I get that from you a little bit. So yeah.

SPEAKER_03

That you get that from them, right? I was not expecting such a good answer. Like, that is really good. I don't see myself as patient.

SPEAKER_05

No, yeah, neither does anybody else.

SPEAKER_03

That's what I'm saying. That's awesome. Well, and and and and this kind of leads us into the understanding that people are watching us, especially as men.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

How we react to people, how we treat others, how we we conduct ourselves, because a lot of men they will speak one thing and then act another way. Yeah, and and I think that does more damage than than anything.

SPEAKER_05

There's a country song that talks about that, and I can't remember who sings it. It's an older song.

SPEAKER_04

Cowboy Take Me Away.

SPEAKER_03

No. I I really thought I legitimately thought that might have been it.

SPEAKER_05

Like, man, he was on that. Like, man, he was ready to go. Not even close. It's not the Dixie Chicks, it's a it's a guy kind of anyway. Geez, Tyler. It's talking about how his son is he's raising his son and everything he's seeing him do.

SPEAKER_04

Um watching you by Rodney Aki. That's it.

SPEAKER_05

That's it. That's it.

SPEAKER_04

That ain't that cool. I'm your buckaroo. I wanna be like you. And eat all my dude. Bro, wait, we can't do that. We can't, we can't sing.

SPEAKER_05

We'll get trademarked.

Fostering, Discipline, And Earning Privilege

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's that's copyrighted.

SPEAKER_03

Three, three, the three-man band right there, is what that is.

SPEAKER_05

So that song talks about that.

SPEAKER_04

He did a he they're redoing that song with his son singing on it. Yeah, it's oh gosh, I wouldn't be able to get through that.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, it ain't no way. Man, I that's that's that's heartbreaking. But yeah, that song talks about that exact thing, you know, how our our sons are watching us, our daughters are watching us, and we it as it is our responsibility to put it as a good example for them.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. And it man, and it and it really is. It's super important because we we're supposed to be the head of our households and and and we we do these things and we're shaping these young men's life. Because I I come in contact with coaching, I come in contact with a lot of a lot of kids that don't have a good father figure like at home.

SPEAKER_04

Right.

SPEAKER_03

So the coaches almost become that father figure for you to look up to, and it's like, man, we've got a responsibility to these boys and these young men to really be the best version of ourselves so that that we could we can help guide them in the way that they they need to go. So I I think it's something that that holds weight, and we need to take that very seriously. Man, I watched a video of a basketball game that uh like all these parents just got in a big fight. Oh my gosh. It's crazy.

SPEAKER_04

It is makes my blood boil. It really does. One it's a children's game.

SPEAKER_05

Obviously, yeah. It's not that serious.

SPEAKER_04

It's not that serious. Yeah, it like it it could be your adult child's game. It's still not that serious. It is it is a it is a basketball game. It is the disappointment. It's it's so disappointing. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Because what one I thought we already did one. Oh well, I was gonna repeat that point.

SPEAKER_04

One, it is is a is a children's sports game. Yeah, there's really nothing at sick there, yeah. Uh two, that's it's just it's ugly. Yeah, why act like that? And two, it's kind of trashy, yeah, in my opinion.

SPEAKER_05

That's three, dude. You suck at counting.

SPEAKER_04

That is three. Wow.

SPEAKER_03

Wow. And why did you do your thumb? Why was your thumb part of that? You only go to the thumb when it's five.

SPEAKER_05

Like you go thumb last. That's why it can't. One, listen. The pinky. Two. Okay. Oh my lord.

SPEAKER_03

That is that is great. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that's I thought that was I thought that was more.

SPEAKER_04

Well, it's like, what is that going to accomplish? Nothing.

SPEAKER_03

Teaching his kids bad habits, exactly. Exactly that.

SPEAKER_04

And and I I've said this before. I have I've had kids, and I'll stand by it after having kids. Children are a reflection of who raises them.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, without a doubt. Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Well, that's you know, Tyler and I, he talked about it a while ago. We've both done the fostering thing, and those kids come from terrible environments. You know, the things that they've seen and heard is is it's horror stories that they come up with. And you know, we adopted five of them out of that. And I think one of my older children, their their complaint is that I'm softer on our adopted kids. And I think part of that is because of where they came from. You know, I part of it is because I'm I'm a different person myself. Yeah. And part of it is where they've come from. So it's tough, man. It it's real tough to to do the best you can, be a good example, and and raise them the way they need to be raised.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Absolutely. Well, let's transition, man. Let's let's let's go into that's what's up. What's up? Let's go into that's what's up. Yeah, exactly. That's the deal. Yeah, then. And and we'll go, we'll we'll start with with us, and then we're gonna go to Zeke and see some stuff that he's been listening to, watching, playing, some games, something like that. So what are some some things that you've you've done this week? Just something maybe you're uh oh. I got some snap.

SPEAKER_00

That's not good.

SPEAKER_05

Uh-oh. Shut up, Zeke. So I two things. I started a new audiobook series. Yeah. It's called Sons of War. It is by the same guy that wrote Helldivers. So I have high hopes for this series. It's four books. And I was at Walmart earlier and I saw that there is a new Robert Langdon book. You know, the guy that um was in. Shut up. The guy that he has no, I can't even read, and he's talking.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, he was in Da Vinci Code.

SPEAKER_05

The Da Vinci Code. It's Dan Brown is the author, but the character is Robert Langdon. But anyway, he's get there's a new book with him. It's called The Secret of Secrets. I got that.

SPEAKER_03

Secret of Secrets. Yeah. Man, remember when there was such an uproar with that when that movie came out? Yeah. Just like all these, all these people, and it's like it's it's fiction. Yeah. Like they know.

SPEAKER_05

The biggest thing in my That's What's Up is I've got a missions trip coming up.

SPEAKER_03

Yep. What is it? Friday? Friday. Is that right? Friday.

SPEAKER_05

Where are you going? Mexico. Yeah, leaving out for avocados for Mexico. Uh Juarez. Yes, Juarez. Yep.

SPEAKER_04

So our our missions team just got went there last uh yeah, last month.

SPEAKER_05

Yep. I know. We heard about it. Did you got to talking about it in our mission meeting? But yeah. So we're going to do that next week. So I will not be on the next couple of episodes with the guys here.

SPEAKER_03

So you only miss one. I'll miss one. You just missed one, yeah. No.

SPEAKER_04

What was my name?

SPEAKER_05

He can't count with them. He applauds at the wrong time. Man. He has no control over there. I don't know what's going on.

SPEAKER_04

I was saying uh next time our team goes to Mexico, I definitely want to go. I've never been on a mission trip.

SPEAKER_05

I haven't. This is my first one. I'm pretty excited.

SPEAKER_04

I almost got to go home when I was in uh college. They're doing a mission trip to Calgary. Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Oh yeah. Nice. That's why I was in the military.

SPEAKER_05

Canadians need save too. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

A? That was while I was in the military and uh had that was a round the same time we were doing our two weeks of active duty. So very cool. Kind of dumb.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. That's all I got. That's it.

SPEAKER_00

Ty Ty, what you got? That's what's up.

SPEAKER_03

He gets it. He gets it. Uh saw a movie yesterday.

SPEAKER_04

You don't sound too excited about it.

SPEAKER_05

No, it was I really want to see it now.

SPEAKER_04

Man. Get me a ticket. No, it was it was interesting. I don't I'm I guess I'm still processing it because it's not what I expected it to be. Not saying it was bad. It was uh it was interesting, is what it was. Um it's called Wuthering Heights. Yeah. It's got uh what's his name Jacob Alordi or Jordan Alordi? Something like I think it's Jordan. Jordan. I think and Margot Robbie. Yeah. And um basically it's Margle Robbie's character grows up in not like rich, but I guess in that time, because I think it takes place in like the 1600s. Okay, that's what I was gonna ask. Is it like a time? It's like a time piece, yeah. I think it's yeah, 1600s or 1700s, and I guess she's not rich, but I guess her and her dad are like middle class because they do have servants and and uh Jordan Lordy spoil the entire movie for people. I'm just giving this a synapses, synapses, whatever synapses. I'm giving you some. Cliff notes here. Yes, Queen. Oh gosh. Anyways. Sorry. Go ahead. I'm pretty sure it's Jacob. I don't know. The main dude. He uh basically gets taken in as a servant. They grow up best friends and it just escalates from there.

SPEAKER_05

You know what just hit my brain?

SPEAKER_03

Oh Lord help us. I don't know what. Tyler It's about to be my fist. Tyler. Just punch him in the brain? It's so violent to that.

SPEAKER_05

Tyler as Mr. Movie Phone. As what? Mr. Movie Phone.

SPEAKER_03

I don't even know what that is.

SPEAKER_05

The guy who does all the previews.

SPEAKER_03

Are you ready for the movie of the summer? Starring Jake, maybe John. I can't remember right now. Co-starring Margot Robbie set in the 1600s, maybe or 1700s, somewhere around that time.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that's so good. Oh, that is hilarious. They were friends, and then it escalated. Oh, that's so funny. Oh, that's so good.

SPEAKER_04

Uh that reminds that reminds me of like a it was like a I think it was a TikTok thing. It was like explain or yeah, explain a movie, but like really poorly. Yeah, it was like um well you just did that. Yeah. So oh, there's one that was like a man's wife is brutally murdered and his son is kidnapped, and it's finding Nemo. Oh god, yeah. It's like that's true though. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

It's like it does kind of explain it.

SPEAKER_04

That's that's messed up. Is that it? Uh that's the only one I got. Um that's that's his life.

SPEAKER_05

He's seen a movie.

SPEAKER_04

Birthday party character goes crazy.

Faith, Growth, And Parental Regret

SPEAKER_03

It yeah, yeah. So I've got um Ninja Turtles. I've got those tickets ordered. So the the 35th anniversary of the ooze, so I'm excited for that. Uh I'm about to get my tickets ordered for um Anime Con. Cool. That's coming up, so I'm excited about that. Um, my mom. Started watching a new season of the challenge with with James. That was really fun.

SPEAKER_05

Is that an old show?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah, it's been out. It there's a new season, like it's like three times a year, there's new seasons, but it's been out for a long time since like the late 90s, and it's it's really, really good. Um got to hang out with Zeke in Memphis, went to a basketball game. That was fantastic.

SPEAKER_05

And these boys you were walking in Memphis.

SPEAKER_03

Walking in Memphis. I remember when we went to the street.

SPEAKER_04

Is it on Mill Street? Or walking back to the hotel? Yeah, it was sketchy. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Is that when you ordered food to Nashville?

SPEAKER_03

It was. Yes. That was that trip, right? Yeah. Richard's about to order something that's gonna happen. A knuckle sandwich. Yeah. Yep. Oh man, so so we're we we finally parked. It took me a while to find where we were parking. So finally parked. On our way, on our way to the the stadium. Yes, I'm like walking, I'm like, oh man, I've got my knife on me. And I'm like, they don't let allow that in. So they're gonna throw it away, you know. I'm like, man, I don't want to walk back. So there were some sandbags on the side of the ground. That's hilarious. I already know what you so I'm like, hmm. So I took my knife and stuck it under a sandbag and wrote down in my notes where I left it at and just hopes that it'll still be there.

SPEAKER_04

No one was working that evening. No, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Like, please still be there when I get back.

SPEAKER_04

11 p.m. they people just unloading, unloading up stage. Oh, a nice thing.

SPEAKER_03

So on the way back, me and the boys went underneath all of them and dun dun dun dun dun.

SPEAKER_04

Um by the way, we are not recording. Yeah. We are not recording in front of you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

You got control of the buttons.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, sorry. What was you saying? I said we are not recording in front of a live audience. There was no applause. There was applause.

SPEAKER_03

They're in the hallway.

SPEAKER_05

Come in. Come in, people from the hallway. The applause is in his brain.

SPEAKER_03

Hey, hey, y'all. Thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you. Okay.

SPEAKER_05

They listen too. That's pretty impressive.

SPEAKER_03

You know what I'm saying? So, yes, it was still there. I was so excited because I did not want to lose this knife. That's a good point.

SPEAKER_00

Giving a knife in Memphis is dangerous.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, exactly.

SPEAKER_04

That's true. You you almost contributed to a crime.

SPEAKER_03

They're like, why are your fingerprints all over this knife that we used?

SPEAKER_00

Y'all my dad out.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, pre-mike. Oh, that's funny. But yeah, it was a good time, man. It was really fun. Yeah, these boys are goofy. Goofy. Toy Home was crazy. Yeah. Yeah, it was. So, Zeke, what's what that what's up in your life? What's something you've been watching, listening to? Maybe a new movie, new show, new song, new video game you're playing, something like that going on in your life.

SPEAKER_00

Zeke! What's up? How you doing? Well, tell us. Alright, so um I don't really watch movies or shows like that, so I don't like I don't I ain't watching all that. But a new game I'm playing. Um I'm playing NBA 2K26, which I've been playing that. But I got PlayStation Plus with it, and there's this game called Super Meat Boy. Yeah. I've been playing ever since I was like six years old.

SPEAKER_04

And that one you had me play? Yeah. It's really hard. That's so dumb. Oh, yeah, it's so dumb.

SPEAKER_05

So mad the one where you're sliding like a meatloaf.

SPEAKER_00

It's a meatloaf trying to get through saw blades. That makes sense. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

I can see how that would be.

SPEAKER_03

The dumbest thing ever. Yeah. Do you have a good time? Yes. Yes, I did. Good.

SPEAKER_00

Raising canes was good too.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we ate raisin canes for the first time. Yeah. Oh, first time. Yes. Good.

SPEAKER_04

What do you think of the cane sauce?

SPEAKER_03

It was fantastic. That's what made it. Like it the chicken was good. It was average, but the the sauce was fantastic. The bread. Yes, that's that, yeah. That was good too. I didn't think about that. Yeah, the bun was really, really good. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

I haven't had supper yet.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so we we went to the mall, and then after the mall, we saw that and they freaked out. So it was like, because I think I know it was Zeke's first time, it was my first time, and I think it was it was one other. It was their first time. I think so. And man, it was it was really, really good. Awesome. Yeah, I do like some Raisin Kings. Yep.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. In the mall, William and Knox trying to see like who could get a girl's number.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_00

Like always like they backed out.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. It's like they would talk crap, be like, I'm gonna go talk to her. I'm gonna go talk to her. So it's like, all right, cool. So we'll stand here. And they'll like walk that way and then stop and turn around and walk back, like, nah, man, nah.

SPEAKER_05

You know who that reminds me of? Oh, yes, I do. Yes.

Patience And Being Watched

SPEAKER_03

Easton and Hunter Randall. Yes. I'll still I'll never forget when I think it was Hunter was talking to a girl. And so I'm standing there and watching him and just waiting on him to get done. And then on the other side of him was Tristan. So it's like you just see Tristan like down the aisle. So here's the aisle, like, and then Tristan's just like dancing across the aisle, like a back and forth. So Hunter's trying to talk to a girl while Tristan's like dancing back and forth in the aisle. It was so funny. He's just like just going back and forth. It was the funniest thing ever. They're crazy. Yeah, it was it was it was fantastic. But it was a good time, man. It was a good time. Very fun. Happy birthday, man. We love you. Thanks. Thank you. Not you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Asian.

SPEAKER_03

You heard it here first. Zeke, you better watch out. He's gonna cung through kick you in the knee.

SPEAKER_00

I have a better knock on your door when you was having that like sound effects. He was talking to them one girls. Yeah. And um, and then you're gonna say, like, who's there? That's gonna be like, Bobby, it's your mom.

SPEAKER_02

It's your mom.

SPEAKER_00

Bobby mom.

SPEAKER_04

Bobby, it's your mom. Bobby mom. I'm in prison. I got to I go with for a long time.

SPEAKER_05

SPEAKER_03

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, did you know dull swords are more dangerous than sharp wits?

SPEAKER_05

I know dull wits are very dangerous.

SPEAKER_04

That's probably my funniest my favorite clip. What about half wits?

SPEAKER_03

Half the wit? We got those two. He's saying two like one, two, like us. Yeah. Why are you lumping me in with this?

SPEAKER_04

Your son is right there.

SPEAKER_00
